Service
Intellicore Sentinel provides AI voice answering, missed-call recovery, call intake, booking support, escalation workflows, analytics dashboards and operational reports for service businesses.
Subscriptions And Billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe according to the plan selected at checkout. Promotional codes, trials, setup-fee waivers and included minutes apply only when shown at checkout or confirmed in writing by Intellicore.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate business, calendar, phone, escalation and service-area information. Customers are responsible for reviewing AI call flows, approving launch settings and complying with laws that apply to their business communications.
AI And Communications
The service may use AI-generated responses, call recordings, transcripts, summaries and extracted business data to operate the receptionist workflow. Customers should not use the service for emergency dispatch, regulated medical advice, legal advice or other high-risk use cases unless separately approved in writing.
Cancellation
Customers may cancel according to the billing policy shown in Stripe or confirmed by Intellicore. Usage, setup, overage or already-incurred charges may remain due after cancellation.
